龍大や京女 京都教育大学の学生に便利な場所です。家賃の中に光熱費が含まれています。入居期間は半年以上としていますが、もし短期希望な方は一度メールいただけますか？検討してみます。近所にはスーパーやドラッグストアー、郵便局等ありとても便利な場所です。光熱費込で３５０００円です。現在女性が住んでいるので女性の方を希望します
